Now this is what I'm talking about: The original uncut series. Hurrah.

Each volume contains 4 episodes, has Japanese audio and the option of English subtitles. Each DVD also comes with a bonus on disc, and a postcard. I've just bought the first two DVDs, and I can report that they're great.

The first three DVDs (and the VHS versions) are available in Australia from The Cartoon Gallery. Hopefully they'll be getting the next volumes in as they become available. Madman are releasing three volumes on both VHS and DVD, but there is no firm word on whether these will be the Japanese or American version. I guess we'll find out in November ^-^

This image is from the Card Captor Sakura movie. There have so far been two CCS movies, and the first is supposedly being released on DVD in the US 4th quarter 2001. Here's hoping.
